Instructor: Vynnie the Gardener

So you want to build a decorative and functional garden? Want to get the materials for free?  Join us in this awesome workparty workshop and learn the power of a great local resource - urbanite! Urbanite is reclaimed demolition concrete destined for the landfill.  We will work together to build a spiral garden planter as we learn to reduce our expenses, reuse some rubble, and recycle a great idea for building a raised veggie garden.  Hone your manual art skills and learn about the benefits of growing veggies in a raised planter.  In addition to urbanite instruction, Vynnie the Gardener will discuss what herbs/veggies will make it through the summer and how to ensure concrete success.
