The difference between most store bought tomatoes and a home grown one is like the difference between a rubber ball and a...tomato! So many gardeners struggle and fail to successfully grow this succulent treat but you can succeed. It really is possible to grow them here in the low desert.

NOW is the time to start thinking about planting tomatoes. Learn which varieties to grow for the best yield in our climate, whether to plant from seed or seedling (and when) and many other valuable tips.

Join Master Gardener and MCC Professor Carol Stuttard for this class on “ growing the perfect tomato in Arizona”.
